You also have the option to book your trip online immediately. Once you send us your inquiry, we will promptly respond and work together to finalize your booking. To secure a place for the trip or any activities, a non-refundable 15% deposit must be paid prior to the trip.

- Now, Make an Inquiry about the Chosen package.
After choosing your destination, you can make an inquiry using the inquiry button on the website. Then, we will provide detailed information about the package according to your group, preferred accommodation, and duration. You can customize any package according to your needs. Most of our packages are fully flexible.
- Make Payment
After you are satisfied with our itinerary and cost, you should make at least 15% payment of the total cost for confirmation. You can choose various payment methods like credit card, master card, bank transfer, and Western Union.
How Can I Make Payment?
Rest assured, we offer a variety of secure payment methods. As we discuss your booking details via email, we will provide you with valid payment methods. Our online 3D secure payment method, provided by a top-class bank in Nepal, ensures a fast and safe transaction process.
Modes of Payment:
Online Payment: You can now pay online to book your trip to Nepal. You must make the 15% payment in advance to confirm the trek. The fee will be automatically calculated once you book through the Departure date. We will email you the online payment form/link for the other confirmed trips.
Bank/Swift Transfer: You can also pay the deposit through a Swift Bank transfer. Our bank details are given below for the Bank Transfer.

How much should I pay?
For booking confirmation, you must pay at least 15% of the total trip amount. Do not worry; we will send you a detailed email about the payments.
How do I confirm my bookings?
After successful payment using the provided link, you will receive an email. After that email, we will tally 15% of the total trip amount. If you make a valid transaction, we will send you the booking confirmation email, which will include all the information about where you will stay and eat and details about the day-by-day itinerary.
Can I cancel my Bookings?
Yes, you can cancel your booking before one month of your departure date. A cancellation fee of [10% of the total trip cost] will be charged. However, we will not charge extra on the trip cost if you change the dates of departure. Please note that you may have to pay extra for (airlines tickets, hotel charge).
4. Confirmation
After we get payment, we will send you confirmation of booking. This confirmation includes detailed information about your trip, like the hotel you will stay in and the activities you will be involved in. Please read our terms and conditions
Remaining Payment :
You can make your remaining payment after arriving in Nepal before you start your adventure activities. This payment should be made in [cash or card] at our office. Alternatively, you can make an advance payment using various methods as mentioned above. Please note that the remaining payment should be made at least [3 days] before the start of your trip.
